Viscometer
Measures the flow resistance of liquids and semi-solids.
Measures a fluid's resistance to flow, either from the torque needed to turn a spindle in the sample or from the time a defined volume takes to drain through a capillary. Viscosity changes with temperature and, for non-Newtonian materials, with shear rate, so both are recorded alongside the result.
