Leak Test Apparatus
Checks seal integrity of blister packs, strips and sealed containers.
Places sealed packs under vacuum in a dye bath and looks for ingress, revealing openings the eye cannot find. Failures trace back to sealing temperature, pressure or tooling, which is what makes it useful as an in-process control rather than only a release test.
